Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 November 2011,
which was granted under those Regulations to Anne
Taylor in respect of ABC Developmental Learning Centre - Papamoa Beach Rua (30234), situated at
90 Parton Road, Papamoa, Tauranga.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
