Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 March 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Brenda Brian in respect of Edukids Delamain Nursery (45133), situated at 5 Jarnac Boulevard, Addington, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
