Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 October 2010,
which was granted under those Regulations to Benjamin Hurst in respect of Little Wonders Childcare (Oamaru) Preschool (45223), situated at 303 Thames St Highway, Oamaru.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
