Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 October 2011,
which was granted under those Regulations to Joeliee
Seed-Pihama in respect of Te Kohanga Reo O Nga
Kuaka (2) 04C083 (30308), situated at 159 Silverdale Road, Silverdale, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
