Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 April 2011, which
was granted under those Regulations to Nicola Thomas
in respect of Montessori @ Bethlehem Childrens House (40325), situated at 250 Tauranga West Road, Bethlehem, Tauranga.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
