Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 November 2011,
which was granted under those Regulations to Paula Todd in respect of Y Kids Early Learning Centre 2 (65232), situated at 183 St Vincent Street, Nelson.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
