Pursuant to section 24C(2) of the Judicature Act 1908, the Chief Justice, after consultation with the Chief High Court Judge, has nominated the following Judges to help the Judge nominated to supervise the Commercial List and to supervise the list when that Judge is absent from duty:

Hon Justice Denis Kieran Clifford
These nominations take effect from 23 November 2011.
