Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 18 November 2011 of the:
(a) Animal Products (Export Approved Premises) Notice 2011;
(b) Animal Products (Export Verification) Notice 2011.
Notice is also given of the issue on 23 November 2011 of the:
(a) Animal Products (Recognised Agencies and Persons Specifications) Notice 2011; and
(b) Animal Products (Official Assurances Specifications) Notice 2011.
The aforementioned notices come into force on 28 November 2011.
Copies of the notices may be inspected or obtained at the office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Pastoral House, Level 13, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.
