Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act
1999, notice is given of the issue on 19 September 2011
of the Animal Products (Official Assurances Specifications - Dairy Products) Notice 2011 which came into force on
1 October 2011, with the exception of clause 7 which comes into force on 1 June 2012.
A copy of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Pastoral House, Level 13, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.
