I give notice that on 10 November 2011, in accordance with section 12 of the Utilities Access Act 2010, I approved the National Code of Practice for Utility Operators’ Access to Transport Corridors ("the Code") submitted to me by the New Zealand Utilities Advisory Group on 28 October 2011.
The Code takes effect on 1 January 2012.
