Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 July 2007, which was granted under those Regulations to Cindy Paul in respect
of ABC Developmental Learning Ferrymead (65147), situated at 12 Settlers Crescent, Ferrymead, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
