Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 April 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Kathryn Palliser in respect of Heathcote Valley Preschool 3-5 (45403), situated at 108 Port Hills Road, Heathcote Valley, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
