Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 August 2011, which
was granted under those Regulations to Caroline Dawson in respect of Topkids on Lytton Rd Nursery (55511), situated at corner of Gladstone and Lytton Roads,
Te Hapara, Gisborne.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
