Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 March 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Justina Hart-Scott in respect of Kindercare Learning Centres 303 (PS2&PS3) (45681), situated at 25 Main Road, Tawa, Wellington.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
