On 1 November 2011, the Minister of Communications
and Information Technology, pursuant to section 156AI of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), approved the Deed of Open Access Undertakings for Rural Broadband Initiative Services submitted for approval by Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited on behalf of Chorus Limited on 6 October 2011 pursuant to section 156AH of the Act.
