Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 July 2011, which
was granted under those Regulations to Cindy Paul
in respect of ABC Developmental Learning Centre - Kaiapoi Toru (70055), situated at corner of Williams Street and Courtenay Drive, Kaiapoi.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
