Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 May 2011, which
was granted under those Regulations to Kidicorp Ltd
in respect of Kids to Five on George Street - Nursery
& Toddlers (30107), situated at 90 George Street,
Te Awamutu.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
