Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 February 2010, which
was granted under those Regulations to Mathew Epplett
in respect of Rascals No 2 (55344), situated at 903-905 Willowpark Road, Mayfair, Hastings.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
