Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 March 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Joanna Painter in respect of Learning Links 1 Borman Road (45395), situated at 267 Borman Road, Rototuna, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
