Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 July 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Glenda Oborn in respect of Kindercare Learning Centres 209 B&T (70106), situated at 611 Ferry Road, Woolston, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
