Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 October 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Debby Jarvis in respect of ABC Raureka Rua (55340), situated at 810 Oliphant Road, Raureka, Hastings.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
