Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 July 2011, which
was granted under those Regulations to Leanne Tong
in respect of Kindercare Learning Centre (213 B & T) (45119), situated at 345 Sawyers Arms Road, Bishopdale, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
