Pursuant to section 11 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Revocation of Seabird Sustainability Measures for Surface Longline Fisheries) Notice 2011.
(2) This notice shall come into force the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Revocation-The following notice is revoked:
Fisheries (Seabird Sustainability Measures-Surface Longlines) Notice 2008 (No. F429)*.
