Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 October 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Annabel Ensor
in respect of Annabels Educare Avonhead Ltd Preschool (45249), situated at 66 Avonhead Road, Avonhead, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
