Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 August 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Michelle Cuthbert
in respect of Lindisfarne Nursery Schools - Nursery (70581), situated at 379 Worcester Street, Linwood, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
