Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 November 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Kim Bardsley
in respect of Impressions Childcare Centre - Under Two's (45263), situated at 805 Crozier Road, Pirongia, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
