Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 November 2009, which was granted under those Regulations to Kellie Brown in respect of Country Creche Preschool, (30309), situated at 608 Marychurch Road, Matangi, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
