Corrigendum-Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Notice (No. 16) 2011 (No. F632)

In the notice with the above heading, dated the 10th day of October 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
13 October 2011, No. 155, page 4438, in clause 2(d), please replace the interpretation to
"(d) "area/rohe moana" means all fisheries waters enclosed by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark at the mouth of Kaawa Stream at 37°30.23'S and 174°44.56'E; then proceeding in a straight line in a north-easterly direction to a point at 37°28.37'S and 174°47.61'E; then proceeding in a straight line in a north-easterly direction to a point on the boundary of the Waikato Settlement at 37°27.78'S and 174°51.00'E; then proceeding in a generally southerly direction following the boundary of the Waikato Settlement to a point at 37°35.20'S and 174°52.60'E; then proceeding in a straight line in a south-westerly direction to a point on the mean high-water mark south of Otehe at 37°36.78'S and 174°46.81'E; then proceeding in a generally northerly direction along the mean high-water mark to the point of commencement. The geographical coordinates named in this notice are in terms of the WGS84 datum."
with
"(d) "area/rohe moana" means:
(i) all fisheries waters enclosed by a line commencing at a point on the line of mean high-water mark at Otehe (at 37°36.14'S 174°46.26'E); then due west to the outer limit of the Exclusive Economic Zone; then northerly following the Exclusive Economic Zone to a point due west of Kaawa Stream; then due east to a point on the line of mean high-water mark at the mouth of Kaawa Stream (at 37°30.23'S 174°44.56'E); then generally southerly following the line of mean high-water mark to the point of commencement; and
(ii) all fisheries waters enclosed by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark at the mouth of Kaawa Stream
(at 37°30.23'S 174°44.56'E); then proceeding
in a straight line in a north-easterly direction
to a point (at 37°28.37'S 174°47.61'E); then proceeding in a straight line in a north-easterly direction to a point on the boundary of
the Waikato Settlement (at 37°27.78'S 174°51.00'E); then proceeding in a generally southerly direction following the boundary
of the Waikato Settlement to a point (at 37°35.20'S 174°52.60'E); then proceeding in
a straight line in a south-westerly direction to a point on the mean high-water mark south of Otehe (at 37°36.78'S 174°46.81'E); then proceeding in a generally northerly direction along the mean high-water mark to the point of commencement.
The geographical coordinates named in this notice are in terms of the WGS84 datum."
