In the notice with the above heading, dated the 3rd day of May 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
6 May 2010, No. 52, page 1449, in clause 2(d) please replace the interpretation to
"(d) "mataitai reserve" means a traditional fishing-ground at Rapaki Bay encompassing those waters which lie inside straight lines drawn from Cass Bay-Church Reserve boundary (at 43°36.78'S and 172°41.6'E) to Windy Point (at 43°36.895'S and 172°40.4'E)
to the 1C Taukahara boundary (43°36.951'S and 172°40.95'E); then along the mean high-water mark to the point of commencement."
with
"(d) "mataitai reserve" means all that area of New Zealand fisheries waters enclosed by a line that:
(i) commences at the mean high-water mark in line with the Cass Bay-Church Reserve boundary (at 43°36.56'S and 172°41.24'E); then
(ii) proceeds in a straight line in a south-westerly direction to a point offshore from Windy Point (at 43°36.82'S and 172°40.34'E); then
(iii) proceeds in a straight line in a south-westerly direction to a point on the mean high-water mark in line with the 1C Taukahara boundary (at 43°36.84'S and 172°40.14'E); then
(iv) proceeds along the mean high-water mark in a generally north-easterly direction to the point of commencement."
