This notice is published pursuant to section 95 of the Education Act 1989.
N o t i c e
1. Te Kura’s Board of Trustees shall be constituted as follows:
(a) A chairperson appointed by the Minister of Education; and
(b) up to six members appointed by the Minister of Education.
2. The appointment of a trustee may be for a term not exceeding three years.
3. The Correspondence School Board of Trustees Notice 2009 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 April 2009, No. 57, page 1340, is revoked.
4. This notice takes effect on the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
