Notice is hereby given of the making, pursuant to section 78 of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, of Regulations for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.
N o t i c e
1. Title-This Order is the Excise and Excise-equivalent Duties Table (Harmonised System) Amendment Order 2011.
2. Commencement-The Order shall come into force
on 1 January 2012.
3. Effect of Order-This Order amends the excise and excise-equivalent Duties Table to reflect the changes made to the Table as a consequence of the restructuring of the Tariff under the Harmonised Commodity Description and Coding System. The Order also changes the tariff structure for motor spirits.
