Pursuant to section 105A of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby approve the following constitution for the Board
of Trustees of Woolston School:
- The principal;
- up to two parent elected trustees;
- one staff elected trustee;
- up to three ministerially appointed trustees, one of whom may be recommended by Ngai Tahu; and
- up to two co-opted trustees.
The appointment of a trustee may be for a term not exceeding three years.
Section 104 of the Education Act 1989 will apply in respect of the board.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
