Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice
is given of the issue on 26 September 2011 of the
New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Food Standards 2002, Amendment No. 39, which comes into force on 3 November 2011.
A copy of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Pastoral House, Level 11, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.
