Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii), of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 June 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Sharon Hunter in respect of Hutt Hospital Childcare Centre Inc. (60256), situated at 37 Pilmuir Street, Lower Hutt.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
