Under section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989, I amend the notice of appointment of a commissioner as published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 October 2010, No. 146, page 3649, and appoint
Spencer Baty
as the commissioner for Te Poi School board of trustees in place of
Geoff Mooar.
This notice takes effect the day of publication.
