I hereby give notice that, under section 75 of the
Animal Welfare Act 1999, the Animal Welfare
(Transport Within New Zealand) Code of Welfare 2011
will be issued on 15 September 2011 and comes into effect
on 16 September 2011, being the day after it is notified
in the New Zealand Gazette.
The code of welfare is available for inspection free of charge and for purchase at the following address:
