Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 November 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Catherine Bouma in respect of Dallington Playcentre (70046), situated at Halberg Street Reserve, Dallington, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
