Under section 30(5) of the Reserves Act 1977 ("the Act"), the Minister of Conservation hereby reduces the number of members of the Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve Board to seven and, under section 30(1) of the Act, hereby appoints
Peter Ervine King
as chairperson of the Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve Board for a term of one year from 24 February 2010; and appoints
Neil Marriot Clifton, Nelson/Marlborough Conservator
Brian Neil Gibb
Christopher Charles Hawkes
Timothy King
Joy Ngawaina Shorrock
Ropata Taylor
as members of the Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve Board for a term of five years from 24 February 2010.
