Pursuant to section 31F of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Recognition as Lead Providers of Secondary-Tertiary Programmes Notice 2011.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Recognised Lead Providers-The following school boards of trustees, industry training organisations, Government training establishments and institutions are recognised as lead providers of secondary-tertiary programmes:
Tikipunga High School Board of Trustees
Trident High School Board of Trustees
Southern Cross Campus School Board of Trustees
Wellington Polytechnic
Waikato Polytechnic
Christchurch Polytechnic
Taratahi Agriculture Training
Forestry Industry Training
