Pursuant to section 5(A), sub-section 1 of the District
Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Jan-Marie Doogue, District Court Judge of Auckland
to be Chief District Court Judge commencing on 1 September 2011.
