Secondary-Tertiary Programmes Notice
(No. 2) 2011
Pursuant to section 31F of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Recognition as Lead Providers of Secondary-Tertiary Programmes Notice (No. 2) 2011.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Recognised Lead Provider-The Manukau Institute of Technology, being an institution within the meaning of section 159 of the Education Act 1989, is recognised as
a lead provider of a secondary-tertiary programme.
