Pursuant to clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Acting Minister of Energy and Resources
has appointed to the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (as established under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000)
Andrew John Pearce, of Christchurch
as chair until 7 December 2012; and
Marion Cowden, of Wellington
as deputy chair until 7 December 2013.
Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act
2004, the Acting Minister of Energy and Resources has appointed to the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (as established under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000)
Janet Ngahuia Carson, of Wellington
Elizabeth Tanielu, of Wellington
as members until 23 August 2014.
All appointments commence on 24 August 2011.
