Pursuant to section 105A of the Education Act 1989
("the Act"), I approve the following constitution for the Board of Trustees of Barrytown School:
- Two trustees appointed by the Minister of Education;
- one elected parent representative; and
- the principal of the school.
The constitution will operate as if sections 96, 97, 99, 101, 102, 104 and 105 of the Act apply where relevant.
This notice takes effect the day of its publication.
