The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Kaikorai Valley College (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 August 2009, No. 114, page 2628, and amended by Corrigendum in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 June 2011, No. 76 page 1791) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect the day of its publication.
