Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 July 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Lee Clark in respect
of Child Pre-School Education Limited (45482), situated at Sovereign House, 74 Hararoto Road, Smales Farm, Takapuna, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
