Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice is given of the issue on 8 August 2011 of the New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Food Standards 2002, Amendment No. 38 which comes into
force on 8 September 2011.
A copy of the standard and the amendment may be inspected or obtained at the office of the Ministry of Agriculture
and Forestry, Pastoral House, Level 11, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.
