Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 December 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Barbara Caley in respect of Pukeko Park Preschool (45286), situated at 322 Kerikeri Road, Kerikeri.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
