Pursuant to clause 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Acting Minister for Economic Development and the Minister of Trade have been pleased to appoint
Karen Fistonich, of Auckland
Robin Hapi, of Foxton
as members of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Board for a term of three years; and reappoint
Jon Mayson, of Tauranga
as chairperson of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Board for a term of 10 months.
All appointments took effect from 19 July 2011.
