as a dental therapist member of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal; and appoint
Josephine Lowry
as a dental therapist member of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal; and appoint
Kishor (Kas) Govind
Daphne Earles
as pharmacist members of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal.
These appointments are for five-year terms of office commencing on the date of this notification.
