Under Regulation 28(2) of the Gas (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1997 ("the Regulations"), Vector Gas Limited (formerly the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Limited) and Vector Limited are hereby exempted from
the requirements of Regulation 6(1) and 6(2)(c) of the Regulations, and are also exempted, through until
28 February 2012, from the particular requirement of Regulations 6, 7, 15 and 16 that the associated disclosures are made within five months after the end of each financial year.
Under Regulation 28(2) of the Regulations, Powerco Limited is hereby exempted, through until 28 February 2012, from the particular requirement of Regulations 6, 7 and 15
that the associated disclosures are made within five months after the end of each financial year.
